While it may seem a bit unfathomable after the country was covered in a blanket of snow, power outages are wreaking havoc, and the dark days of winter seem to drag on forever – spring is coming! The days are getting longer and beneath the ground plants are beginning their ascent to the surface. The light is coming. This has been a dark season in more ways than one, but we are on the cusp of spring! One of our favorite ways to set the tone for what we are manifesting is to bring that energy into our children’s rooms. Let’s shake off those winter blues, shall we? LIGHTINGWe can’t think of many things that can set the mood and tone for a bedroom or nursery like lighting. This wicker and jute flush mount introduces a soft, organic feel to warm up the room. WALL DÉCORThis mid-century sunshine wall art mixes in well with a gallery wall or stands on its own as a pop of color in a more neutral nurseries.  Clementine Kids is one of our favorite go-tos for bright, cheerful prints that still have that chic, cool element. This sunny print is sure to lighten things up.  How cute is this retro-inspired heart sunnie wall art? We love the summer vibes this infuses to a room year-round.  For a neutral boho nursery, these hanging wall baskets add an element of warmth and texture to create an airy focal point for the room.  Is there anything more cheerful than this sunshine block print wallpaper? We think it would make a beautiful statement wall behind cribs and later -- a big kid bed.  3. TEXTILESWe’re adoring Lorena Canals rugs right now and this cheerful sunshine rug is no exception. The tassels are the icing on the cake!  2. This pillow is dappled with cheerful dots.
