Q: How do I communicate with my designer and review my design?
A: Everything happens in your personal online design studio in the cloud, accessible by mobile or computer.

Q: What if I live outside of the United States?
A: We can still work with you. Simply let your designer know at the beginning of the process so they can source from the correct retailers. Additional shipping charges may apply for U.S. based retailers that ship overseas.
Q: Do I have to provide my inspiration via a Pinterest board or Houzz ideabook?
A: Nope. However it is recommend. When you provide us with your inspiration it allows us more accurately secure your vision for the space and obtain the highest success rate with our service. If you are unfamiliar with Pinterest or Houzz you can quickly get up to speed on either of these sites in order to provide your inspiration. If you are still not wanting to submit inspirational images, room measurements, existing must-use furniture, and before room images via Pinterest or Houzz you will be bale to submit them via the required online Project Overview questionnaire.

A: When we refer to your room design or style board is a visual page that shows all of the custom curated items that a design has selected for your room design. Additional examples of these can be seen at the top of your design/project studio.
Q: What if don't like items selected in my room design?
A: You can request alternative products.
- ESSENTIAL Package: You have 15 days from receiving the original room design/shopping to request alternative products. After the 15 days if you need more time to work with your designer you can purchase additional design time by the week for $99.
- PREMIUM Package: There is no limitation on timing to request or finalize your products and no additional fee for design time. However, we still recommend to purchase the items within 15 days otherwise you run the chance of items becoming unavailable or sold out.
Q: What is the turnaround time for service/deliverables?
A: For a Premium or Essential packages that is 5-7 days from your voice/video consult call. Timing is noted on each service under in the description. However, after receiving your design, consult or other services a designer will respond to any comments or questions within a 48 hour period.
Q: What is the turnaround time from our 20 minute phone or video consultation to when I get my room design and personal shopping list?
A: Standard turnaround time on service deliverables in 5-7 business days unless otherwise notified. This is noted on each service under in the description. However, this timing is from the date that you complete project questionnaire, not the date of the phone or video consultation.
Q: Why choose a personal shopper?
A: There is the obvious time-saving factor for working with a personal shopper. We also have strong brand relationships so we can resolve issues with orders faster. For example, in the case of returns a retailer is quicker to extend to our personal shoppers a refund, free return shipping or credits.

Q: How are returns handled when using the personal shopper?
A: All returns are handled through YouthfulNest to keep things hassle-free for you. Return policies are itemized on your invoice, giving complete transparency. If a return is needed, just let your personal shopper know and further instructions will be provided. Once you have shipped back an item to the retailer and you provide YouthfulNest's personal shopper with a tracking number for reference – a credit will be applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please note that shipping costs are non refundable as vendor policy, not YouthfulNest).
Q: What if any of my products on my shopping list are no longer available for purchase when I am ready to buy them?
A: In the event that the item is no longer available when you go to make your purchase we will find you an alternative at no additional cost. Please contact your designer and they will find a replacement that fits your style and budget. This offer for replacements at no cost is valid for the Essential clients for up to 15 days from receipt of your original shopping list. After the 15 days if you will need to purchase additional design time at $99 per week. Premium clients do not have a time limit for requesting alternative products within the 60 days of their design time.
Q: What if I am unsatisfied with your service/s. What are my options?
A: If you are not satisfied with your experience with YouthfulNest services, then you may ask for specific remedies to fix the situation by emailing service@youthfulnest.com.
Q: How come all items in my room design add up to more than the budget I provided?
A: We use the budget that is provided as a guideline for selecting appropriate styles at your price point. In the initial design we try to stay close to your max budget sometimes going over a bit to show you all the possibilities. We will be sure and stay at or under your budget with additional rounds of changes as we perfect your final room design.
Q: If I want to consult on more than one room do you offer a discount?
A: The fact is we have set our pricing at a very fair and competitive rate so we are not able to offer deeper discounts per number of room consults. However, we will offer a special rate on multiple rooms from time to time so watch out for those sales by registering with our site to be added to our mailing list.
Q: What if I would like addition design advice as I bring the room design to together ?
A: It depends what kind of help you are looking for contact us and let's see what we can do. We do offer various individual add on services found on our SERVICES page.
